Brian Gabriel is currently serving as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Lodi since March 2024, following a tenure as a Labor and Employment Attorney at Mastagni Holstedt, A Professional Corporation. Previous positions include Legal Counsel for The California Association of Highway Patrolmen and Associate Attorney at Young, Minney & Corr, LLP. Brian's experience also encompasses roles as a Summer Associate and Associate Attorney at Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman LLP, and legal internships at the United States Attorney's Office and the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Early career roles include Behavioral Health Specialist at Luzerne Intermediate Unit 18 and an internship at Merck. Brian Gabriel's foundational experience includes serving as a Communications/Operations Specialist and Platoon Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree with a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Temple University.
