Felipe Perez is an experienced Information Systems Technician II with a strong background in IT support and desktop management. Currently employed by the City of Lincoln, CA since November 2021, Felipe previously worked at TaxAudit from April 2018 to November 2021 as an IT Helpdesk Technician, providing comprehensive technical support. Prior experience includes a role as a Desktop/Device Support Technician for Sutter Health, where Felipe upgraded aging computer systems, and managing a student-operated computer repair clinic at Asher College, gaining practical experience in hardware and software troubleshooting. Felipe holds a Bachelor of Science in Network Operations and Security from Western Governors University, along with an Associate of Applied Sciences from Asher College.
