Nikia Chapman-Freiberger, P.E. is a Senior Staff Engineer at the City of Lee's Summit since February 2022, previously serving as City Engineer and Assistant City Engineer for the City of Belton, MO from December 2018 to March 2022. Earlier experience includes positions as a Field Engineer at Weaver Consultants Group and a Storm Water Intern at the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, where responsibilities included creating maps using ArcGIS and conducting water sample analysis.
