Belinda Medellin has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at the City of Leander since January 2021, where additional roles include Benefits Manager and HR Generalist/Leave Coordinator. Prior to this position, Belinda held the role of HR Generalist at the City of Cedar Park from February 2007 to January 2021, developing a strong foundation in human resources operations and employee benefits management.
