Ann Baucom-Orlofsky has extensive experience in municipal administration, currently serving as City Clerk for the City of Lakeville since March 2022. Prior to this role, Ann held the City Clerk position for the City of Prior Lake from April 2019 to March 2022, and for the City of Excelsior, MN from June 2015 to April 2019. Ann's career also includes a significant tenure as a Management Analyst with the City of Buffalo, MN from May 2003 to June 2015. Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, earned between 1999 and 2003.
