Frank Fitzgerald serves as a Police Lieutenant with the City of Lakeland since March 2004, overseeing the Planning & Research Section, grant administration, and training programs. Fitzgerald has held various leadership roles, including officer-in-charge of a patrol squad and field supervisor within the Uniform Patrol Division, ensuring the effective delivery of law enforcement services. Fitzgerald contributes to law enforcement education as an adjunct instructor at the Institute of Police Technology and Management and Polk State College. Previously, Fitzgerald served as a Military Policeman in the US Army, fulfilling roles such as squad leader and traffic crash investigator. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Keiser University.
