Madison Thesing currently serves as the Assistant to the City Manager and Management & Program Analyst for the City of Lake Oswego since May 2018. Previously, Madison held the position of Public Management Fellow at the City of Hillsboro from July 2017 to May 2018, focusing on cross-department strategic plans and projects. Madison participated in a post-graduate rotational fellowship with various cities through the ICMA Local Government Management Fellowship, working on special projects from July 2016 to July 2017. Earlier experience includes an administrative internship with the Calabasas Chamber of Commerce and a graduate student consultancy for The City Project, along with an internship at the City of Santa Monica's Office of Wellbeing. Madison earned a Master of Public Administration from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Willamette University.
