Claire Sussex has over three decades of experience in community development and program management. Currently serving in the Community Development department for the City of Laguna Niguel, CA since July 2022, Claire previously worked as a Program Manager for the San Juan Capistrano Chamber of Commerce from November 2010 to March 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as a Real Estate Analyst at FDIC and a Research Associate at Landauer Associates, focusing on international real estate appraisal and consulting. Additionally, Claire worked as a Business Planner at Silicon Systems, Inc. Claire holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
