Joe Kuhn is an experienced Storm Water Program Manager at the City of La Mesa, CA, since July 2009, specializing in storm water and waste water regulatory programs and project management. Previously, Joe served as a Scientist at Fuscoe Engineering from July 2006 to July 2009, providing NPDES consulting services and expertise in storm water LID and hydraulic modeling. Joe also gained valuable experience as an intern with the Lake County Storm Water Management Commission, focusing on wetland and detention basin projects. Joe holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science with a concentration in Water Resources from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
