Victoria Turnbull is an experienced human resources professional with over 15 years of diverse expertise in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving in human resources at the City of Kitchener since August 2021, Victoria previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at the Region of Waterloo from August 2020 to August 2021.
