Truc Dever currently serves as the Public Works Director for the City of Kirkland, overseeing over 170 staff across multiple divisions, including utilities, transportation, and capital projects, while also ensuring cost-effective management of city infrastructure. Previously, Truc held various leadership roles, including Human Resources Director for the City of Kirkland, General Manager at Greater Los Angeles County Vector Control District, and Director of Community Affairs within the same agency, where Truc managed public health communication initiatives. Truc's experience also includes co-owning Amberglow Studios, LLC, and working in public relations and media roles. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Political Science from UCLA and a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
