Robert O'Brien has a range of work experience in engineering and project management. Robert started their career at AECOM in 2001 as an Engineer and worked in that role until 2011. Robert then joined Osborn Consulting as a Project Manager from 2011 to 2014. After that, they worked at O'Neill Service Group as an Engineer from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are employed as a Project Engineer at the City of Kirkland since 2018.

Robert O'Brien pursued their higher education at Washington State University from 1996 to 2001. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering.
