Josh Blanchard is an experienced GIS professional with a diverse background in infrastructure design and data management. Currently serving as a Senior GIS Systems Analyst at the City of Kingston since January 2015, Josh has held multiple roles within the organization, showcasing expertise in GIS analysis and infrastructure technology. Prior experience includes positions at the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry, City of Oshawa, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, and Conservation Ontario, where Josh contributed to geomatics and infrastructure projects. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Trent University and a Graduate Degree in Geographic Information Systems from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
