Todd Minor serves as the General Manager and Global Learning Leader at Microsoft, overseeing global customer, partner, and employee skilling initiatives. Previously, Todd held various managerial roles at Microsoft, including leading the MCAPS Academy and the Sales Academy, focusing on employee onboarding, training, and career development. Additionally, Todd has experience in strategic operations as Chief of Staff for the WW Small, Medium, and Corporate Business segment, as well as leading the Small Business & Public Sector efforts across multiple regions. Outside of Microsoft, Todd Minor is a Non-law Enforcement Representative on the Independent Investigation Team for the City of Kent and serves as a Commissioner for Parks and Recreation. In the culinary sector, Todd owns Nana's Southern Kitchen, a restaurant inspired by the traditional recipes of Todd Minor's great-grandmother.
