Peter Mulligan is a skilled building technician with experience in building surveying and project management. Currently employed at the City of Kelowna since April 2024, Peter previously worked as a project consultant at BTY Group from February 2023 to May 2024. Prior roles include building surveyor and stock condition surveyor at Choice Housing Ireland Ltd from September 2020 to February 2023, and assistant project manager at MJM Marine from June 2019 to September 2020. Peter also gained experience as a placement student in estates management with the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust from September 2017 to September 2018. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying from Ulster University, earned in 2019.
