Aubrey Mochela has an extensive career in technology and project management, currently serving as the ED Group Chief Technology Office at the City of Johannesburg since August 2014. Previously, Aubrey held the position of acting Group Chief Technology Officer at City Power and served as Chief Information Officer at the Metropolitan Trading Company. Experience also includes significant roles at Datacentrix, where Aubrey managed data center operations and technical projects, and at the Department of Minerals and Energy, where project management led to successful implementations exceeding R100 million in project value. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Regent Business School, a National Diploma in Information Technology from Tshwane University of Technology, and various diplomas in Business Management and Municipal Finance Management from recognized institutions.
