Stacey Lea Flanagan, the current Director of Health & Human Services at the City of Jersey City, has a vast experience in program management and leadership roles. Stacey Lea has directed various health and human service programs, managed budgets, and supervised staff in different organizations such as Public Health Solutions, The New School, and Share Our Strength. Additionally, Stacey Lea has also worked with Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC and the Peace Corps in various capacities, showcasing their commitment to nonprofit work and community development. Stacey holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from The New School and has recently completed the Women’s Leadership Forum at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
