James Hubbard currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Jacksonville, Texas, a position held since August 2021. Additionally, James Hubbard has been the President of the Jacksonville Economic Development Corporation since November 2017. Prior to these roles, James Hubbard worked as the Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Colleyville, Texas, from January 2016 to October 2017. James Hubbard holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from The University of Texas at Arlington.
