Lawrence Crow has extensive experience in the field of operations management, currently serving as the Field Operations Manager for the City of Irving since June 1996, where responsibilities include overseeing Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, and Building inspections while supervising the Building and Standards processes. Prior to this role, Lawrence held the position of Superintendent at Austin Commercial from 1991 to June 1996, focusing on tenant finish construction projects. Lawrence attended Texas Tech University from 1974 to 1976.
