C. James Kennedy is a seasoned IT product management professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior IT Product Manager at City of Hope since October 2022, Kennedy previously held the role of Lead Product Owner at Modivcare, focusing on product development for Non-Emergency Medical Transport services. Prior to that, Kennedy was a Senior Product Manager at Teliax, leading a suite of CPaaS, CCaaS, and UCaaS offerings.
