William Cairns has extensive experience in communications and telecommunications, beginning with a role as Senior Telephone Technician at Nextira One from August 1988 until November 2002. Following this, William has served as both Communications Analyst and Telecommunications Engineer for the City of Hollywood since November 2002. William's educational background includes attendance at Miramar High School and Broward Community College, along with certifications in Nortel and training in Cisco technologies.
