Paul Jung is an experienced Information Systems Specialist with over a decade of expertise at the City of Hesperia, specializing in the analysis, development, configuration, testing, and implementation of various software systems including Azteca’s Cityworks and Tyler Technologies' New World ERP. Previously, Paul served as a Systems Administrator at Westwood College, overseeing IT processes for more than 1,100 students and faculty. Paul holds multiple qualifications in Geographic Information Systems, an MBA in Business, and several degrees in Information Systems Security and Computer Network Management from Westwood College and San Bernardino Valley College.
