Lisa Nichols serves as the Community Resources Director for the City of Hermosa Beach since January 2022, after progressing through various roles within the organization, including Community Resources Manager and Senior Recreation Supervisor. Nichols has extensive experience in recreational and community services, having held multiple interim and full-time positions from 2006 to the present. Prior professional experience includes working as a Supervisor and Pharmacy Associate at CVS Health and as a Recreation Leader in the City of Torrance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations/Advertising from California State University-Dominguez Hills and an Associate in Arts Degree in General Studies from El Camino College.
