Richard Pokorski is an experienced benefits administrator with extensive expertise in managing and administering medical, prescription drug, and dental benefit programs for over 5,000 lives and 250 plan divisions at the City of Hartford since July 2008. Previously, Richard served as the Pension Fund and Health Benefits Manager for the City of New Britain and held various roles including Lobbyist, City Councilman, Chairman of the Board of Finance and Taxation, and Legislative Regulation Review Clerk. With a background in finance as a Registered Investment Representative, Richard holds a BA from Central Connecticut State University and an MA in Public Policy from Trinity College-Hartford.
