Mark Weingartner is a Senior Policy Analyst at the City Of Hamilton, where Mark has been working since 2002. Prior to this, Mark worked as a Software Application Trainer at the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services from August 2000 to February 2002. Mark holds a MPA in Local Government from Western University and a BA in English and Psychology from the University of Guelph.
