Duncan Robertson, CPA, CMA, is an experienced financial professional with a focus on budgeting and financial planning. Currently serving as Supervisor of Budgets and Financial Planning for the City of Hamilton since December 2019, Duncan has previously held the role of Budgets and Financial Reporting Supervisor at the Town of Halton Hills from February 2017 to December 2019. Prior to that, Duncan worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at IKO Industries, where responsibility included developing annual operating budgets for multiple manufacturing facilities and producing financial statements. Additionally, Duncan served as Accounting Manager at Canadian Blast Freezers/Canada First Brands, overseeing budget development and financial reporting. Educated with a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University and certification from the Certified Management Accountants of Ontario, Duncan possesses a strong foundation in financial management.
