Cheryl Millender serves as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Gulfport since March 2006, overseeing all daily human resources functions. Previously, Cheryl held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Grand Casino Gulfport from August 1993 to December 2005, where management of employment, employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits, and worker’s compensation was key. Cheryl is an alumnus of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
