Jayne Holmes, P.Eng, PMP, LEED AP BDC, currently serves as the Deputy CAO for Infrastructure, Development & Enterprise Services at the City of Guelph, where leadership is provided in alignment with the City’s Strategic Plan and corporate values. Previously, Holmes was the Acting Commissioner of Public Works & Engineering and the Director of Capital Works at the City of Brampton, managing large portfolios and overseeing significant capital projects. Experience also includes roles as Manager of Facilities Planning and Development and Sr. Project Manager at the City of Mississauga, as well as project management positions with the City of Toronto and PCL Construction. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering from Ryerson University.
