Frank Strickland has over two decades of experience in public safety, currently serving as the Director of Public Safety for the City of Griffin since October 2002. Previously, Frank held the position of Chief of Police and Public Safety Director for the City of Toccoa from 1996 to 2002. Frank earned a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Administration from Columbus State University between 1996 and 1998.
