Chris Agnew is an experienced Civil Engineer currently serving as a Drainage Engineer for the City of Grand Prairie since January 2006. Prior to this role, extensive experience includes serving as a Program Manager for pavement management in the City of Dallas from February 1978 to January 2005, along with positions as Project Manager and Engineer focusing on paving, drainage, and complex structures. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Manager at Halff Associates, where responsibilities included floodplain information modeling and report management. Chris Agnew holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a BS in Physics from The University of Texas at Austin.
