Rick Foxx is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software development and applications programming. Currently serving as an Applications Developer for the City of Goodyear since April 2009, Rick specializes in creating custom applications to support government functions, utilizing technologies such as ASP.NET and VB. As a Senior Programmer Analyst at Albertsons, Rick designed a bookkeeping system for over 1600 retail stores and managed data loads for computerized scales.
