Jessica Clarke currently serves as the Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Georgetown, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica served as the Deputy City Manager for the City of Takoma Park from April 2020 to August 2022, and has held various positions within the City of Baltimore, including Division Manager and Budget Management Analyst in the Department of Housing and Community Development and the Department of Finance from August 2016 to April 2020. Jessica's experience also includes a research assistant role at the Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce and a Mayoral Fellow position in Baltimore. With a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Williams College, Jessica's background reflects a strong commitment to public service and community development.
