Caroline Stewart is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Georgetown since May 2021, Caroline previously held the position of Senior Associate at Vinson & Elkins from September 2016 to May 2021. Prior legal experience includes a role as Law Clerk for Judge James Browning at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico, where Caroline conducted legal research and assisted in the management of civil cases and trials. Earlier on, Caroline gained experience as an intern producer at Fox 34, writing scripts for news segments. Caroline holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Honors Arts and Letters and Journalism from Texas Tech University.
