Steven Avalos is currently working as a Budget & Purchasing Manager at the City of Fullerton since November 2019. Prior to this role, Steven held positions such as Finance Manager at the City of Industry, Administrative Analyst at the City of Industry, Senior Budget Analyst at the City of Santa Monica, and Financial Analyst at the City of Lynwood. Steven completed a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree at the University of La Verne in 2007 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology at UCLA in 2004.
