Kenneth Nagar is an experienced civil engineer with a career spanning from 2004 to the present. Currently serving as an Associate Civil Engineer at the City of Fremont since December 2018, Kenneth previously held the position of Engineer II (Civil). Kenneth's prior experience includes working as a Project Engineer at Brio Engineering from June 2005 to December 2018 and as an Engineering Aide at the East Bay Municipal Utility District for a year. Kenneth holds a degree in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University, where education was completed between 2000 and 2005.
