Wesley Marcell possesses extensive experience in GIS and programming, currently serving as a Programmer/Analyst II for the City of Fort Worth since August 2022. Previously, Wesley worked as an NCS Senior GIS Business Process Analyst for BNSF Railway from February 2013 to August 2022, where responsibilities included supporting contract analysts, evaluating GIS logic, and managing GIS Change Requests. Prior roles include a GIS Server Administrator/Developer at Paradigm Systems GIS, a GIS Specialist during the Gulf oil spill response, and various positions at Texas A&M University and the Texas Forest Service. Wesley holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Texas A&M University, completed between 2000 and 2009.
