Justin Moyer has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as an ICAC Detective for the City of Fontana since October 2004, where responsibilities include investigating Internet Crimes Against Children. Previous positions within the City of Fontana include roles as a Police Officer, overseeing emergency response and training other officers, a Sex Offender Detective managing compliance checks for over 300 registered sex offenders, and an EOD K9 Handler specializing in explosive detection. From December 2020 to April 2023, Justin held various managerial positions at Odin Intelligence, focusing on the implementation and training of sex offender management software and mobile digital forensics for law enforcement. Earlier career experience includes a supervisory role at Washington Mutual Bank. Justin Moyer earned a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University and holds certifications in law enforcement investigation and interviewing.
