Sean Rice is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles within the labor and contracting sectors. As the owner of S&T LLC since August 2019, Sean manages a contracting company specializing in lawn care, landscaping, concrete, and asphalt paving. Additionally, since May 2003, Sean has served as a Labor Supervisor for the City of Fairbanks and has been a General Laborer with Laborers Local 942 since June 1998. Sean also contributed to the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District as a School Board Member from October 2008 to October 2020. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Fairbanks, achieved between 2008 and 2012, and is currently furthering education at Ilisagvik College, which began in 2018.
