Jonathan R. has over a decade of experience in IT, currently serving as an Applications Analyst II Lead at the City of Everett, WA since September 2017. Previously, Jonathan held various roles at Jamco America from October 2010 to August 2017, including Senior Network Analyst and IT Helpdesk Technician II. Expertise includes administration of over 80 physical and virtual servers, troubleshooting application and network issues, and providing tier 3 end-user support. Jonathan is skilled in website server and database administration with proficiency in IIS and Apache, as well as implementing IT policies and mitigating security risks. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology and Management from Central Washington University and an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology from Everett Community College.
