Henry Flanagan is an experienced engineering technician currently working for the City of Everett, WA since November 2019, specializing in GIS and utility mapping. Prior to this role, Henry served as a GIS technician at EarthDefine for a brief period in 2019 and was a sales associate at Sherwin-Williams in 2018. Earlier experience includes assisting with the UBC Master of Geomatics for Environmental Management Program and the UBC Integrated Remote Sensing Studio from May 2017 to May 2018. Henry holds a Master's degree in Geomatics for Environmental Management from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with a focus on Environment and Sustainability from the same institution, earned in 2018.
