Richard Sharnsky Jr., CPRP, currently serves as the Aquatics Supervisor for the City of Euless since May 2023. Prior to this role, Richard was the General Manager at Bahama Beach Waterpark under the City of Dallas Park and Recreation from February 2012 to March 2023, where oversight of daily operations and maintenance was crucial for a family outdoor water park. Richard's experience also includes serving as Community Association Manager/Center Director at Associa, overseeing an $850,000 budget and managing a team of 22 staff members. Earlier positions included Manager/Swim Coach for the City of Columbus and Aquatics Program Supervisor for the City of Dublin, Ohio. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the United States Sports Academy and an Associate's degree in the same field from Columbus State Community College.
