Badr Suleiman, EIT, is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as an Engineer I for the City of Encinitas since May 2023. Prior to this role, Badr worked at RS&H as an Airfield Civil Engineering Associate from September 2021 to May 2023, and at Clark Construction Group, LLC in various positions including Engineer and Engineer Associate, where responsibilities included project development, estimating, and design analysis. Additionally, Badr completed a summer associate program focused on safety and subcontracting documents at Clark Construction Group. Early professional experience includes an internship as a Project Engineer at Webcor, contributing to the P-1132 Communication Information Systems project. Badr holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University, obtained in 2020.
