Amy Jordan is an experienced educator with a background in teaching diverse classrooms, currently serving as a First Grade Teacher for The City of Encinitas since October 2019. Previously, Amy taught Second and Third Grade at St Pauls British Primary School - International School of Flanders Tervuren from August 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities included managing multicultural classrooms and fostering educational development through differentiated instruction and active learning strategies. Additional experience includes student teaching roles at Valencia Park Elementary and St. Paul's British Primary School, providing instructional support as an instructional aide and daycare instructor at Eastside Christian Schools, and holding coordination roles at Biola University. Amy holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies Elementary Education, both from Biola University.
