Javier Ponce is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in law enforcement, education, and military operations. Currently serving as a Police Officer for the City of Edinburg since June 2022, Javier also works as a Behavioral Management Coach at Southwest Legacy High School, where responsibilities include observing and evaluating student performance and revising course content. Previously, Javier held the position of Executive Protection Specialist as a Student at Covered 6 and served as Security Operations Manager in the Army from March 2015 to December 2018, overseeing command operations and training personnel. Earlier experience includes a role as a Correctional Officer at Willacy County Correctional Center, ensuring safety and security for over 300 inmates. Academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from The University of Texas at San Antonio and an Associate's degree in Art Studies from Central Texas College.
