Rasaan Ewell, MBA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, financial analysis, and training. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Analytics Specialist for the City of Detroit since July 2021, Rasaan previously held the position of Financial Analyst within the Office of Departmental Financial Services, where responsibilities included strategic and operational planning, budgeting, and financial modeling. Prior to these roles, Rasaan was the Manager of Quality Assurance and Training at Edcor, focusing on training effectiveness and performance metrics. Additional experience includes training new sales representatives at Onstar and working as a Disease Intervention Specialist at Southeastern Michigan Health Association. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts from Kentucky State University.
