Heather Zygmontowicz, CPA, has extensive experience in various leadership roles focused on housing and operations. Currently serving as the Chief of Special Housing Programs & Strategic Implementation for the City of Detroit since September 2017, Zygmontowicz has also held positions such as Director and Deputy Director of the Bridging Neighborhoods program. Prior to this, Zygmontowicz worked at the Detroit Land Bank Authority from July 2014 to August 2017 as Assistant Director of Operations and Operations Manager. Zygmontowicz’s earlier experience includes roles at PwC as a Senior Associate in Assurance/Advisory and at the Historical Society of Michigan as an Administrative Assistant. Zygmontowicz holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Political Theory & Constitutional Democracy from Michigan State University.
