Athena Seaton is an experienced Art Educator currently working at Lynn Hale Elementary School since August 2023 and serves as a Senior Consultant in a self-employed capacity. Previously, Athena has held several city planning roles, including City Planner for the City of DeSoto and the City of Dallas, managing various planning cases and projects, as well as serving as a Planning Technician for the City of Duncanville. Athena's professional background also includes internships at the North Central Texas Council of Governments and the City of Benbrook, where valuable skills in program management and community development were developed. Athena holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Arlington, an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan University, and a Bachelor's degree in Fine and Studio Arts from the University of North Texas.
