David Horn has extensive experience working in various roles related to biology and wildlife conservation. Currently serving as a City Council Member for the City of Decatur Illinois, David also holds a position as a Professor of Biology at Millikin University. In the past, David has served as a Director for the National Bird-Feeding Society and the Wild Bird Centers of America. David's background includes teaching biology at Aurora University as well.
