Travis Houston has extensive experience in emergency management, currently serving as Assistant Director of Emergency Management for the City of Dallas since March 2017, having previously held roles as Assistant Emergency Management Coordinator, Senior Emergency Management Specialist, and Emergency Management Specialist within the same department. Prior to this, Travis gained experience as an Emergency Management Intern with the City of Arlington from September 2015 to February 2016. Educationally, Travis holds a Bachelor's degree in Emergency Administration and Disaster Planning from the University of North Texas, awarded in 2017.
