Sarah Garcia-Grubb currently serves as the Data Governance Manager for the City of Dallas, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Sarah was a Data and Performance Strategist for the Town of Gilbert, Arizona, where responsibilities included implementing performance management programs and driving coordination with departmental leaders. Prior experience includes roles as a Data Compliance Analyst/HIPAA Privacy and Compliance Officer, Department Supervisor, and Paramedic, showcasing a strong background in data analysis, compliance, customer relations, and emergency medical services. Sarah holds a Master of Public Administration from Park University and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from Grand Valley State University.
